This privacy notice (the "Privacy Notice") together with our Terms and Conditions of Use describes the personal information that we collect from you, how we share and use that personal information, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Privacy Notice only applies to information we collect through HPN-owned customizable websites, applications, related software platform technology, content, functions, and support (“Service” collectively “Services”) and how that information may be used or disclosed by HPN.

We may periodically update this Privacy Notice. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this notice. We recommend that you review this Privacy Notice periodically to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident and the processing of personal information about you is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”), you have certain rights with respect to that information and we are committed to compliance. Under the CCPA, you may have the right to make certain requests:

  • Right to Know – The sections Information We Collect About You and Use of Information We Collect About You disclose the information we may collect about you from you and other potential sources, and use of the information. We do not sell or rent personal information on HPN Services to other entities.
  • Right to Request Deletion – The CCPA also provides Californian residents the right to request that we delete personal information under certain circumstances, subject to a number of exceptions. See Your Rights About Personal Information for ways to request the amendment and deletion of information and exceptions.
  • Right to Opt Out – We do not sell or rent personal data to other entities for advertising or any other purposes and have not done so in the past 12 months. This being so, we do not offer an opt-out to the sale of personal data. See Your Rights About Personal Information for restrictions on disclosures and other “Opt Out” rights.
  • Right Not to Sell – We do not sell or rent personal information on HPN Services to other entities. We only use and disclose personal information for purposes described in the How Information May Be Shared section of this Privacy Notice.

California residents may make a request related to the right to know, a request to delete, or a request for further information about our compliance with the CCPA through the Contact Us options.
